How We've Crafted the Ultimate Working Environment
We're a certified Great Place to Work, but that didn't happen by accident. It's not about prosecco on tap or trendy furniture. It comes down to the people, the leadership and the culture we've built together.
Unlimited Paid Holiday
We trust our team to manage their own time off. No counting days, no awkward approval chains. Take what you need.
Team Events
Every month we get out of the office together. Darts, mini-golf, escape rooms, followed by a team meal. They're super fun, usually competitive (thanks, Ian), and always a good laugh.
The Office
Our 6,000 sq ft solar-panelled office in Gloucestershire has a well-stocked kitchen, an office bar, a ping pong table and a Mario Kart station. Yes, there is a competitive scoring spreadsheet.
Culture
We don't do hierarchy for the sake of it. Leadership sits alongside the team, not in separate offices. We have flexible working hours, a casual dress code and an open-door policy. Everyone's input matters.
Giving Back
Each year we pick a charity to support as a team. Previous partnerships have included animal shelters and hospital programmes.
We've been recognised as one of the UK's Best Places to Work and we're shortlisted for four company culture awards. We're proud of what we've built here.
