Lead 365 Awarded For Best Place to Work & Best Place to Work for Development & Wellbeing
We decided to pursue Great Place to Work certification to put our workplace culture to the test. During the certification process, every member of staff completed a 30-question survey and the results blew us away. 100% of our team agreed that Lead 365 is a great place to work.
The survey also showed that 100% of employees were willing to go the extra mile for the company, and everyone agreed that equal opportunities exist here.
We received our Great Place To Work 2024 Certification and attended the formal awards ceremony in March at The JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London, hosted by Katherine Ryan. Lead 365 was announced as the 33rd Best Place To Work overall.
On top of that, we earned two more awards: 38th Best Place to Work for Development and 47th Best Place to Work for Wellbeing.
With 18 team members and growing, we're already setting our sights on climbing those rankings. Great Place To Work 2025, we're coming for you!
