If it has not been possible to contact the cash prize winner within this time or they have failed to comply with Clause 9.2, the cash prize will be deemed unclaimed and redrawn in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 9.2 above.
9.2 Once notified by Lead 365 in accordance with Clause 9.1, the cash prize winner must claim their cash prize by emailing their full name, address and telephone number to [email protected] with the subject line "I'm a winner" within 14 days of receiving notice that they have won the prize draw. If there are any errors or discrepancies in the information provided by the cash prize winner when claiming their prize Lead 365 shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether the winner remains entitled to claim the prize.
9.3 Once a cash prize winner has claimed their prize, Lead 365 will aim to provide the cash prize to them within 28 days of the date on which the prize is claimed by the winner. Where this is not possible, Lead 365 will liaise with the winner to ensure they receive their cash prize as soon as reasonably possible and keep them regularly informed as to the date on which Lead 365 expect that they will receive their cash prize.
9.4 The cash prize must be claimed by the winner and cannot be claimed by a third party on the winner's behalf. In exceptional circumstances and on a case-by-case basis, Lead 365 may make reasonable adjustments. For the avoidance of doubt, this will be at Lead 365's sole discretion.
9.5 Lead 365 does not accept any responsibility if a winner is unable to claim their prize.
10. Limitation of Liability
