As our newest member of the sales department, you will join Lead 365 at a very exciting period of growth. You will be part of the commercial team and work alongside our Sales Director.
This role is based in Gloucester and requires you to be on-site Monday-Friday.
Lead 365 is a leading customer generation agency. We work with some of the world’s leading brands to help build media plans, and deliver a best in market acquisition strategy. We help partners understand various data strategies allowing them to drive more sales, and within budget. For our partners this allows them to plan, forecast and scale exponentially with the assistance of the wider Lead 365 team.
● Represent Lead365 favourably in the market, as a key part of the commercial team.
● Embody the company culture and ethos, and present a strong external image
● Conduct yourself diligently and with a strong sense of character
● Researching the market for new leads, ideas and opportunities on a regular basis (independent thinking)
● Work with the Lead Generation team to follow up on qualified / warm leads
● Cold calling prospect companies to introduce Lead365 and discuss partnership opportunities
● Sending sales messages via LinkedIn and actively building your professional network to drive new opportunities
● Managing an email inbox with new sales conversations generated on a regular basis, controlling those conversations, answering questions and negotiating terms (with supervision from sales leadership)
● Attending sales meetings (face-to-face and Zoom) to prospect clients, where you will be presenting Lead 365 as a new partner, and exploring opportunities to work together commercially
● Some admin, updating CRM systems, internal reporting, and follow up emails and proposals to client prospects
