We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company looking for a skilled and passionate Web Developer to join our growing team. As a Web Developer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge web applications and solutions that will drive our business forward.

The role is being advertised as a temporary contract from 3 – 6 months, however this role does have the potential to become a permanent role within the business. This will be based on the success and growth of the team. This is an office based role, and so commuting to Gloucester on a daily basis is an essential requirement.

We help partners understand various data strategies allowing them to drive more sales, and within budget. For our partners this allows them to plan, forecast and scale exponentially with the assistance of the wider Lead 365 team.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain user-facing features for our web applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive across various devices.
– Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional, scalable, and efficient code.
– Write clean, modular, and efficient code using the latest web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
– Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
– Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure seamless functionality and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends, technologies, and techniques to continuously improve our web applications.
– Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative solutions to complex problems.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of web development projects.
– Proficient knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
– Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js or PHP.
– Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills:
– Experience with UI/UX design principles.
– Knowledge of SEO best practices.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
